ABOUT CHARLES:

I play guitar/sing/ and write the songs.

I've always written everything on acoustic.

I start with the chord progression, then melody... then fill in the lyrics.

Tried other approaches and cant seem to do it any other way...

I am writing a new group of songs and hope to have them finished and recorded within a couple of months...

I play Taylor and Yamaha guitars, use Mesa Boogie amps/cabs and Voodoo Lab pedals....

ABOUT Dan Yoas:

I got my first drum set when I was 13 and have been playing ever since.

My first gig was a high school talent show with a punk band I was in.

It was then I realized I was addicted to playing the drums;

Clearly, there was no high quite like it.

After a long and dreary search, playing in some really good bands and some not-so-good bands,

in November of '06 I stumbled on theAmericanWinter... found 'em in a C.L. ad.

Once again, I was hooked on music......... kinda corny, maybe but thats how it is............
