Friend or Foe was started in 2004 by Luis Malbas (Josh's Bike, Step One), John Naas (Tramontane, Alter Ego, Running With Scissors) and Rob Cowan (The Burdens, The Contract Killers). The goal was to play and write crafty song oriented rock songs worth listening to. Stage and Studio Veteran, Ernie Brady, has rejoined the band, bringing unparalleled musicianship and experience to the group.

The continuing evolution of Friend or Foe has been quite exciting and remarkable. An obvious asset to the blossoming Sonoma County music scene, keep an eye out for Friend or Foe.
