Inside scoop:
the flyover states are a relatively new indie rock band. It was formed shortly after the amicable (right guys?) disbanding of the little heard, sometimes thought to be nifty, local band, esperanto. esperanto split into the flyover states, which play a similiar but distinct brand of indie rock, and roseland, who are going for a more moody, pretty indie pop sound. We are a four piece right now but hope to add a synth player soon.
